Why we give.
At Celebration Lutheran Church, giving is not about obligation but about gratitude. Everything we have is a gift from God, and giving is one way we respond to His grace.
We give because God first gave to us, most fully in His Son, Jesus Christ. Our offerings support the ministry of Word and Sacrament here at Celebration and help us care for one another and reach out to our community in Christian love.
The Bible teaches that giving should be intentional, proportionate, and cheerful. It is not based on compulsion, but offered freely as a joyful act of trust. Whether large or small, every offering is a part of our life together in Christ, returning to Him a portion of what He has already entrusted to us.
